We try to equip our products with spare parts that can be reordered wherever possible. So if a part gets lost or breaks, you don’t have to replace the whole device right away. Simply choose your category – and if you’re unsure which part fits, we’ll be happy to help you choose.

How do I find the right spare part?
Choose the category and then your device – you will immediately see all spare parts that fit it and can add them straight to your cart. You can find the model number (for example KA1801 or WS2132) on the rating plate of your device and in the user manual.
My spare part is not listed – what can I do?
Write to us via the contact form and state the model number of your device and the part you are looking for. We are happy to help you choose.
What if a spare part is sold out?
Sold-out parts remain visible so you know which part belongs to your device. You can ask us via the contact form whether and when it will be available again.
