Shipping

Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below. You can find the corresponding shipping costs in the information below.

Shipping costs

  • Flat rate of €4.90 per order
  • Free shipping on orders over €25
  • Delivery to islands is not possible
  • Shipping only within Germany

Delivery time

  • Shipping within Germany takes place within 3-4 working days after order confirmation.
  • Shipping partner: DHL
  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email.

Delivery to DHL Packstation or post office

It's that easy:

  1. Apply for your personal PostNumber at DHL (required for Packstation/post office deliveries).
  2. Enter your PostNumber or DHL Packstation customer number in the "Address Supplement" field when entering the delivery address.
  3. In the field "Street and house number", enter the following:
    • For Packstations: PACKSTATION + Nummer der Packstation
    • For post office branch: POSTFILIALE + Filialnummer der Postfiliale
    Then enter the postal code and city of the Packstation/post office.
  4. On the payment page, use the option "Use a different billing address" to specify your billing address.

This ensures your order is delivered safely to your chosen parcel locker or post office, and you will receive the corresponding notification.

When will you get them?
Immediately after you complete your order.

What does it say?

  • An overview of your purchased items
  • Your delivery and billing address
  • The chosen shipping method and payment method
  • Your order number for tracking purposes

Important: Please check all the information in this email – especially the address and products. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.


📦 2. Shipping Confirmation

When will you get them?
As soon as your package has left our warehouse.

What does it say?

  • Confirmation that your order is on its way
  • Shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, DPD, etc.)
  • Your personal tracking number
  • A link to shipment tracking

Tip: Delivery usually takes place within [x] working days – depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.


🔁 3. Confirmation of return & credit note

When will you get them?
Once your return has arrived and been inspected.

What does it say?

  • Confirmation that we have received your return
  • List of returned items
  • Credit note or refund of the corresponding amounts
  • Refund method (e.g., to your original payment method)
  • Note regarding the processing time of the refund (usually 3–5 working days)

Note: You will only receive this email if you have returned items and they have been successfully processed.
